Founder & CEO PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING! 1.10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD Please arrive on time for your appointment . Arriving 10 minutes past your appointment time will cause the appointment to be cancelled and there is a 100% of the service cost cancellation fee. 2. 48 HOURS NEEDED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE: Reminders are sent through text and email multiple times before appointment. If needing to cancel or reschedule, I ask you to do so within the 48 hour period.  APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED/RESCHEDULED PAST THE 48 HOUR PERIOD WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF TOTAL SERVICE COST. 3. NO CALL / NO SHOWS: Please reach out if you are unable to make it to your appointment. No attempted communication is considered a no call no show. We will charge 100% of the service cost. If payment is not received, you will be blocked from booking future appointments. 4. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS Please be aware deposits may be needed if: * You are a new client * You have booked a longer service (1 hour or more) * You have cancelled or rescheduled frequently your past appointments. Deposits are due within 24 hours and will go towards the total of your service. **ABSOLUTELY NO CASH - NO EXCEPTIONS** remaining balances must be paid via Zelle, or Tap. Cash app w/ $2 surcharge. 6. PERIOD POLICY: I understand periods are unpredictable and I’m 100% okay with waxing clients on their menstrual cycle. Please wear a fresh tampon before appointment. *Tampons are always provided. Having to cancel same day will result in the same cancellation fee charged. 7. NO CHILDREN OR EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED: Due to the nature of the service, I ask that that any extra guests wait outside. Please no children are allowed during your service. Please note that you will be held responsible to any damage to furniture or equipment.
